The Operations Intern will assist all staff members with administrative functions related to all brands in the Kay Callum Collection and support the brand portfolio as it grows. Currently, the person in this role will coordinate and facilitate meetings, order supplies, monitor multiple email boxes, research opportunities and resources for Ilayata's House and Words.Breath.Light.Â

Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills. Must be personable, flexible, and a self-starter.Â

This is an unpaid internship position that may qualify for college credit.Â
​
Prefer local to the Charlotte Metro area, but 100% remote candidates will be considered.

Library & Studio Intern
The Library and Studio Intern will assist all staff members with both administrative and facilities functions related to all brands in the Kay Callum Collection and support the brand portfolio as it grows. Currently, the person in this role will greet and sign in patrons, conduct tours, provide guidance and information, set-up and break-down event materials, and maintain inventory for Ilayata's House and Words.Breath.Light.Â

Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills. Must be personable, flexible, and a self-starter. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

This is an unpaid internship position that may qualify for college credit.
​
Only candidates local to the Charlotte Metro area will be considered. Must have own transportation.
